Custom Wine Bar in Dallas, TX

This project was completed as part of a much larger project incorporating both the family room and new media room. The existing wet bar was located in between the adjacent areas and was desperately needing some remodeling. By replacing the passthrough window area with gorgeous backsplash tile and new custom cabinetry we completely transformed the space.

The homeowners kept the same contemporary modern style with wood look plank tile flooring surrounded by a contrasting bright white border. The new cabinetry with lighting and satin glass upper cabinets including a full height built-in wine cooler was the ultimate touch needed for this stunning space.

This bar and wine cooler remodel unit included:

New custom cabinets with interior lighting and glass doors.

Modified shaker full overlay cabinetry with a gray antiqued finish was utilized in both the wet bar area as well as the media room. The ultra-modern satin glass cabinet doors worked perfect in this space.

New granite counter top

Absolute Black Granite is a solid black granite with a very consistent color and texture. This uniform granite is incredibly popular and will fit in with a variety of decor types. Looking from afar, this stone is pure black with no variations, mineral deposits or imperfections that can be seen.

New under mount sink and plumbing fixtures

Wet bar sinks, sometimes referred to as prep sinks, are a convenient addition to home bars and are also used in small kitchens where counter space is limited.

New Mosiac backsplash

We know and love the old classic of black grout with white tile. But what about the reverse? Turns out, black tile with white grout can look a lot better than we ever expected. In the subway tile proportion, just like its predecessor, black tile with white grout has a smart, chic look.

Under cabinet lighting

Note that under cabinet lighting is not just for the kitchen. You can use it wherever you have installed cabinets, be it your wet bar or dining room. These lights are important for workspace lighting or as aesthetic complements or both.
