FRISCO COMPLETE HOME REMODEL
The original style of this home started with warm colors, traditional style reminiscent of an Italian villa and compartmentalized rooms. The homeowner’s vision for this space was an open concept with trey ceilings linear fireplace and contemporary design. By incorporating the kitchen, grand piano, and open kitchen concept, the space became an alluring space for family and friends.
To accomplish the homeowners’ vision, we removed a load-bearing wall and installed a support beam to open up the piano room into the living space. By framing in both the trey ceiling and new focal wall with linear fireplace and built-ins we created a beautiful new center of interest. The kitchen was also remodeled from ground up with all-new footprint, cabinetry, appliances, and countertop.
New stained hand-scraped flooring was installed throughout the home. In addition, every room in this home was remodeled and brought up to date with the client’s vision in mind. Each bathroom including the master bath was gutted and remodeled with a contemporary design, new showers, fixtures, and vanities just to name a few.
